We are the Boise Police Foundation- Helping our Heroes Every Day
The Boise Police Foundation is an independent 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization led by various Boise business and community leaders addressing unmet capital needs of the City of Boise Police Department (BPD). Our purpose is to strengthen public safety by addressing critical funding gaps within the BPD.
We provide financial support for unmet capital needs, including advanced personal protective equipment (PPE), specialized equipment, and strategic programs that enhance officer safety, effectiveness, and operational readiness.
These investments directly contribute to improved community protection, officer preparedness, and service delivery. Through collaborative partnerships with local business, civic leaders and community stakeholders, the Foundation advances initiatives that foster trust, strengthens police community relationships, and promotes a safer Boise for all residents.
